Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Returned items must be shipped within 5 business days after receiving the return label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot process returns for items purchased outside of the Texas Eclipse Outfitters online store. For such items, please handle returns or exchanges through the original place of purchase.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to submit the form at https://texaseclipseoutfitters.com/pages/returns-exchanges. We'll process your exchange promptly and provide a free return shipping label for the original item.
All exchanged items ship free to addresses within the United States.
Returns
We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn items for store credit or a refund to the original payment method (subject to a $7 restocking fee). Store credit returns incur no restocking fee. Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item arrived damaged or defective.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Contact us if you have any questions about your specific item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing justification. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and inform you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
