Placed item over 8 days ago and the item still has not shipped. Customer service replied stating they were hoping to get the item shipped. Still no shipping ot word on when it will. Just a we’re not ignoring you email.

Order placed on June 12th. Order still has not shipped. I have emailed, dm'd and commented with no reply.

Poor quality

Got their roadrunner button up, was pretty excited about it, when I got it I got a closer look one of the roadrunner’s had four legs and now that’s all I can see.

The size is a bit ill-fitting (too large) but that’s a secondary issue. I know sizing can vary and buying online for size is challenging.

Disappointed in the quality big time. Cheapest feeling $68 shirt ever. And very slow shipping.

My only complaint was that the string bottoms were too big, I ordered my normal size medium. I am 5'9, 130lbs athletic build. Texas Eclipse was very responsive and attentive to my concern and sent me out a small string bottom. THANK YOU Total Eclipse! I just want to re-iterate the pattern, stitching, color, quality, product, and material are top notch.

The pattern is amazing/colorful, the quality of the material and stitching is great. I love the suit. The bottoms are way too big. I always wear a large bikini top and medium bottoms. The top fits true to size. The bottoms are way too big. In particular the back end. Because its too big the back waist sits very high on up my waist, more than I would like. Since I already cut the tag out, I am stuck with them. I am considering ordering a small bottom just so I can wear the suit. And/or buy another great pattern just small bottoms. My recommendation is to size down on the string bikini bottoms.

Easy and received all my bathing suits in time for vacay and not to mention I had a bottom I didn’t like and it was easy to return.

I ordered a shirt in XXL that ended up being way too big for me. I emailed them, got a response from a real human within a just a few hours, and promptly received the same shirt in XL - just in time for my cruise. The exchange process was easy, and they were super friendly.
